Suffolk County released the photos of individuals arrested in a drug sting. The gallery represents the charge at the time of the photo. Newsday.com will not be updating the status of these cases. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

Suffolk District Attorney Thomas Spota and Suffolk Police Commissioner Richard Dormer announced the arrest of 39 drug suspects, including Mel Sweeney, 40, of New York. Officials said they conducted a four-month investigation that operated in four area counties and dealt in marijuana, cocaine, steroids and prescription drugs. Sweeney was charged with fourth-degree conspiracy.
