Toni Keatley, 51, of 29 Panorama Dr., Huntington, was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with drunken driving and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting after she crashed into a car in Kings Park and drove away -- leaving her two nieces and two of their friends, who had jumped out seeking help, Suffolk police said.
