The Third Squad reports that a joint investigation by the Nassau County Police Department Third Squad, Hempstead Police Department Investigations Unit and the Nassau County Probation Department resulted in the arrest of Tylil Mctootle, 19, of 421 Holly Place, West Hempstead, on Jan. 8, 2009. The defendant has been charged with reckless endangerment, first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon, second degree, after an 11-year-old girl was shot in the ankle. Mctootle will be arraigned Jan. 9 in First District Court in Hempstead.<br>
